The lower box labeled "Repititions" contains information about the cyclic nature of the template. Note that you can add multiple kinds of repititions to the same template.

Agenda repitition

Several repetitions can be added to a template, there are several different types. This is the weekly type. The template will generate transactions from the activation date on and it will take the week information into account as well. Possible values are: "every week", "every second/third/fourth/fifth week", "every last week". Furthermore, you have to specify the days in the selected week on which the transactions will be generated. You can select multiple days if you like.

Planning overview

The planning screen which is the core screen of the application looks like this.On top there is information about the last reconcilement: the date and the amount. Just below you can see the current planning horizon. The planning horizon indicates until which date the current running planning goes. Usually this is the end of the month or the beginning of next month, you can choose it however you like. Changing the horizon will also generate transactions from the templates in the agenda. The "estimated amount" associated with the planning horizon is calculated from the last reconcilement together with the transactions in the planning. Finally, the "days to" go indicates the number of days between the last reconcilement and the horizon. The "planned amount" indicates the sum of the amounts from the planned transactions until the horizon.
